Consortium for the protection of Toscano PGI extra virgin olive oil

The Toscano PGI extra virgin olive oil Consortium was officially founded on November 13, 1997, by Tuscan olive growers.

On August 3, 2011, the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, with decree n.15419, conferred to the Consortium the tasks of protecting, promoting and providing information to the consumers regarding Toscano PGI extra virgin olive oil.

Since its conception, the Consortium has gained almost 9.000 members, a goal reached thanks to the sense of belonging felt by our producers, and to the quality of our work and our capacity in protecting and promoting Tuscan extra virgin olive oil in Italy and abroad.
