200 g champignon mushrooms
100 g of Grana Padano PDO
Extra virgin olive oil Toscano PGI
half a lemon juice
1 garlic clove
Clean the mushrooms, take off the stem and gently remove the white thin skin.
Wash the mushrooms under running water and remove all the residual earth and dirt. Then dry them with a cotton towel.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and put them in a bowl with salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and garlic. Mix it well and let it sit for a few minutes.
Cut the Grana Padano into flakes with a large holes grater.
Serve the mushrooms on a plate, put the cheese flakes on top and garnish with some fresh parsley sprig.
Dress generously with Extra virgin olive oil Toscano PGI before serving.
