Bean hummus

Serves: 4 servings


200 g canned cannellini beans
6 spoons of Extra virgin olive oil Toscano PGI
1 clove of garlic
1 spoon of cumin
3 teaspoons of tahini
1 lemon
3 spoons of water


Drain the beans and wash them under running water. Then put them in a bowl with lemon juice, lemon zest, tahini, cumin, the garlic clove and a pinch of salt.
Add the water and the extra virgin olive oil Toscano PGI. Blend with an immersion blender until you obtain a smooth puree.
Serve it with raw vegetables or on slices of bread.
